Terms of Service

Definition of terms contained here in.

  • The Company - WieshuMedia
  • Customer - A person purchasing services from WieshuMedia (you)
  • Third-Party Programs - Programs that are not supplied by WieshuMedia that may be an add-on to WieshuMedia's services, but are not directly affiliated with the services WieshuMedia provides.
  • Slander - A malicious, false, and defamatory statement or report
By checking "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service" Customer hereby agrees to have fully read and understood the following.
  • Refunds and Disputes
    • Customer acknowledges that he/she may be issued a refund within 30 days of the order being processed. A refund will not be issued if the service was proved to be in working order. Any payments processed after the initial payment are not refundable.
  • Payment
    • Customer acknowledges that payment is due upon exactly the date specified on customer's invoice. A 5-day notice of suspension will be sent if not followed. If the payment has not been received within 5 days, the service will be suspended.
  • Cancellation
    • Customer acknowledges that all requests for service cancellation must be issued 48 hours prior the next due date and be submitted in such a way that it may be documented (usually support ticket). If customer has an active paypal subscription with the company, customer must cancel the subscription or else a payment will be processed which will not be refunded.
  • Customer Acknowledgement
    • Customer acknowledges that services provided by the company may be disrupted for reasons that the company is not responsible for. Customer agrees that the company shall not be liable for any damages arising from occasions that are beyond the control of the company.
  • Areas of Support
    • Customer agrees that the company will only provide support for services offered by the company. Any third party programs will not be supported by the company and support issues regarding the third-party program will have to be taken to the creators or developers of the third-party programs.
  • Customer Responsibility
    • Customer acknowledges that the company is not responsible for the content stored on the company's servers. Customer agrees that he or she is solely responsible for making all backups of content stored on the company's server.
  • Slander
    • Customer acknowledges that if he or she practices any type of slander that is targeted at the company, the customer's account will be terminated without a refund.
  • Web Hosting Rules
    • Customer acknowledges that they may not use their web hosting account
      • In a way which violates any law or regulation put in place by the United States of America.
      • In a way which violates any rules put in place by a provider in which customer accesses the web hosting account through.
      • To break security of any online account that is not possessed by the owner.
      • To host any IRC bot, IRC Bots are strictly prohibited by WieshuMedia.
      • To transmit pirated software or hosting of any torrent-related files. Torrents are strictly prohibited by WieshuMedia.
    • Customer acknowledges that if any of these rules are broken, the customer's service will be terminated without a refund.
  • Denial of Service Attacks
    • Customer acknowledges that in the case of a Denial of Service Attack (DDos), the customer's account will be suspended until the attack has been fully investigated. If the company finds any evidence that a customer was responsible for the attack, the customer's account will be instantly terminated without a refund. If the company finds evidence that an outside source was responsible for the attack, the customers account will be restored accordingly.
  • Revision of Terms of Service
    • Customer acknowledges that the company may revise or modify the Terms of Service. The company will notify the customer through e-mail when there has been a modification to the terms of service in which the customer agrees to have fully read and understood the newly revised terms of service.
  • Privacy Statement
    • WieshuMedia has a policy to respect and protect the privacy of its customers and their information that is stored with WieshuMedia. WieshuMedia will only access and disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable laws and government requests, to provide the services, to operate or maintain its systems or to protect itself or its customers.
